By using AFK ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AFK is a companion app for Claude Code that relays session activity between your Mac and iOS device and enables remote command execution. AFK does not provide AI services — it integrates with Anthropic's Claude Code CLI tool, which is subject to its own terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and enrolled devices. You must promptly revoke any device you no longer control.
AFK offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms for auto-renewable subscriptions:
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you transmit through the Service. We process your data only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When end-to-end encryption is enabled, we cannot access the content of your sessions.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
For questions about these terms, email [email protected] or open an issue on our GitHub repository.
